- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I was told by many to see kenneth smith when I was diagnosed with sciatica pain and he has worked diligently and never sugar coats anything. Right now I am in the appeals process actually the last appeal and I have alot of confidence in him. I love Donna she is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Great great people. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I WENT TO KENNETH AFTER I WAS DENIED SOCIAL SECURITY. HE WAS STRAIGHT FORWARD FROM THE BEGINNING. FIRST HE MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD HE WAS'NT A LAWYER, HE USE TO WORK FOR SOCIAL SECURITY AS THE PERSON WHO WOULD TELL THE JUDGE WHY A CLIENT STILL COULD BE GAINFULLY EMPLOYED. HE KNOWS HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS. HE DOESNT TELL YOU THINGS TO MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD, KEN SPEAKS THE TRUTH. DURING THE APPEAL PROCESS WHEN I CALLED HIS OFFICE HE WOULD TALK TO ME WHEN I NEEDED HIM . HE HAS A VERY KNOWLEDGABLE SECETARY DONNA WHO KEEPS UP ON DETAILS OF THE APPEAL PROCESS. SHE HELPED ME BY RELEAVING THE EVERYDAY STRESS AN APPEAL CAN CAUSE. KEN'S OFFICE TREATS YOU LIKE A PERSON AND NOT JUST ANOTHER CLAIMANT. TRUST ME, AFTER DEALING WITH SOCIAL SECURITY YOU DONT NEED TREATED LIKE A NUMBER.. AFTER A TOTAL OF 17 MONTHS OF WAITING FOR SOCIAL SECURITY TO SET A COURT DATE. ME AND KEN WAS ONLY IN FRONT OF THE JUDGE APPROX 7 MIN WITHIN TWO WEEKS I GOT A LETTER WERE THE JUDGE RULED 100% IN MY FAVOR. ( I WAS TOLD BY MANY PEOPLE TO JUST GIVE UP) ONLY KEN TOLD ME THE TRUTH IT WAS GUNNA BE A LONG HARD ROAD AND HE WOULD DO HIS VERY BEST TO MAKE IT HAPPEN..... SO IF YOU WANT A LAWYER - LOOK IN THE PHONE BOOK- IF YOU WANT SOCIAL SECURITY STARTED DONT HESITATE TO CALL KENNETH TODAY THANKS TO THE OFFICE OF KENNETH SMITH (DAVE )By A Google User, December 10, 2016
